Samson at 2 months old! Such a cutie!!!On Memorial Day this year we had to put our family dog of 12 years to sleep. Samson turned 12 years old on March 25, 2009 and the life span for St. Bernards is only 11-12 years. I remember the day my dad brought him home. He surprised us when he came home from a revival he had preached at and this was a love offering from a family from a church he had visited in Atlanta, GA. He was only 5 weeks old when my dad got him and he had to fly him home and he could hear him crying under the plane where they keep the animals during the flight. Poor puppy was just taken from his mother and then that, but he came home to another loving family who he would love for many years and who would love him! Lexis had just turned 7 a few days before dad flew him home so it was a great birthday surprise for her!
We loved him very much during this time here on earth and He will be missed!

RIP Samson!!!
Samson at 3 months old! I had to give him a bath when he got dirty! I didn't want him dirty!!!
This picture was right after his 12th birthday! Who knew that we would be losing our Sammy Boy as I called him just a month later! We Love you Sammy Boy and we will miss you!!
